Custom Cookies FAQs

How do I place an order?

Click here to access the Custom Cookie Inquiry Form. Please fill out the order request as thoroughly as possible. If your event date is not listed you may reserve the closest date prior to your event and freeze your cookies (instructions below). I will respond to your inquiry within 2-3 business days.

How much notice do I need to order cookies?

As much notice as possible. There are certain months (June, December) that tend to book out far in advance. I typically stay booked several months out, but it doesn't hurt to ask--just in case I have a last minute cancellation!

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event that you need to cancel your order, I require 10 days' notice for a full refund. With less than 10 days' notice, your refund will be reduced by the cost of any materials purchased or work that has been completed for your order.

Do you ship your cookies?

Due to Washington Cottage Food Law, I am considered a home baker and as such, I am not allowed to ship my cookies. I offer local pickup in Issaquah, WA.

How long will my cookies stay fresh?

Cookies stay fresh for up to 3 weeks in their package, but freezing the cookies in their packaging can prolong the freshness of your cookies for up to 4 months.

Wait...I can freeze decorated cookies?

Yes, absolutely! Freezing is so simple. It's also a great way to keep your order if your event date changes, or in the instance that I'm fully booked for the date of your event. To freeze: carefully place your heat-sealed cookies standing tall (don't stack) in a freezer bag or sealable plastic container and place in freezer. To thaw your cookies, allow your freezer bag/container to come to room temperature for at least 8 hours before opening the container. Any sooner than that, and you will risk introducing condensation into the heat sealed cookie bag, which will ruin the look of the cookie art.

Do you offer different flavors?

So many delicious flavors are availble year-round! You may choose 1 flavor per 2 dozen large cookies. I currently offer:

Signature Vanilla Almond (Nut Free--I use a nut-free almond emulsion)*
Double Chocolate Brownie  (Think: rich, dark chocolate brownie with mini chocolate chips)
Lemon Vanilla Bean (Lemon Zest & Creamy Vanilla = match made in heaven)
Funfetti (Vanilla Birthday Cake with Rainbow Sprinkles!)
Cinnamon Roll (No, really, it tastes just like a layered cream cheese cinnamon roll!)
Snickerdoodle (Tons of cinnamon and sugar make this classic!)
Chocolate Chip (Rich brown sugar flavor with mini semisweet chocolate chips)
Cookies and Cream (Sugar cookie meets your favorite chocolate sandwich cookie)
Strawberry Shortcake
(Tastes just like those nostalgic strawberry shortcake ice cream bars you loved as a kid!)

*Although this recipe is nut-free, I do not bake in a nut-free kitchen.
